Came to the shop in George street on 17/05 looking to buy a new IPhone and anxious as it?s not my department !
MASUM was the first to assist me and explain in clear and simple terms the technical differences etc? and offering a good contract as a loyal customer .
He was patient, helpful and professional . When I returned to pick up the phone I was helped by GARY the shop manager who was so so patient and took time to help with the new phone . He spent time , stayed longer than he should have been and deserved a medal !!
This shop led by a motivating , energetic and understanding manager is an asset to Vodafone ! Very professional and relaxed atmosphere !

Today I visited the Vodafone Hove store. CALLUM helped me. He was absolutely outstanding and incredibly kind. His service was professional and he went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate his human approach.

Swapped out a normal SIM for an E-SIM with Vodafone, it says on the website pop into any Vodafone store if you have any problems. Just done that today and possibly the worse customer service ever. The shop assistant couldn't be any less interested, whatever he was doing on his personal phone was more interesting. He grabbed the phone and a few seconds later tossed it back to me and said 'you have too many SIMS'... couldn't even be bothered to look up from his own phone. If this is an accredited Vodafone store then I'm shocked. No help, wasted journey.... avoid this store at all costs would be my advice.
