I placed an order in store for next day collection. 1 week later I had not heard anything so I phoned up and was told the order had been cancelled due to lack of stock. Not only can they not re-order the product for me (as it will be in stock again later this week), but they are unable to refund me unless I go back to the store and put my card in the machine. A completely nonsensical waste of time.

A fantastic stores with great staff members always willing to help you with returns or an alternative item. They are absolutely brilliant ? free parking upfront and room for disabled. Open 7 days a week until 8pm except Sunday. XXG

Not worth trying here anymore.The stock is appalling, they never have anything you need and the staff say that since the Davigdor road branch closed the management have failed to deal with the issue of poor stock levels. Happy to use other branches but this one is to avoid unless you dont mind coming out the shop with a third of what you went in there for.
