They have great products and items here at good prices, but it would be better if the skin products were sealed more tightly, because some customers open and use the product then put it back.

This TK Maxx in Hove is a good option if you?re in the area. It?s not as big as the one in central Brighton, but it still has plenty of variety across two floors?from clothes and shoes to homeware and sale items.
There?s also parking available, which is definitely a plus. We visited recently and didn?t end up finding exactly what we were looking for, but that?s pretty typical with TK Maxx?you never know what gems you might find!

Cashiers here are straight-up rude. No hello, no thank you, no eye contact?just miserable attitude every time. They?re all smiles for white customers, but if you?re not white, don?t expect the same treatment. It?s blatant and disgusting. I?m a regular and I?ve had enough.

If you like brand items(clothing) but don't want to pay the exorbitant prices they retail for, this is the place to visit. Lots of big names can be had for a good discount. Selection of items is of course limited, but there is usually something for everybody. I usually like to visit the men's outdoor and sports section, my wife enjoys the women's section and also their lovely collection of soaps and lotions. A good collection of pots and pans is also available.
Parking is ample and it's free so that's a huge bonus in a city like Brighton, where parking fees sometimes approach 50% of the shopping!!

I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to TK Maxx. I noticed that identical pairs of shoes were marked at significantly different prices, £32 and £24. When I raised this concern with the store manager, Kirsty, I was given an explanation that, respectfully, did not provide any real clarity on the matter.
While I chose to purchase the more expensive pair out of fairness, I found the lack of pricing consistency concerning, particularly in a well, established retail environment. I believe customers deserve transparency and consistency in pricing, and I hope this issue will be reviewed and addressed accordingly.

I like this TK Maxx in Brighton and Hove because of parking space (free) in front of the shop.
Although it is slightly smaller than the other one in Brighton, but you may find most things you are looking for, with no stress about where to park your car! ?

I personally am a TK Maxx addict, and have never had a problem with service or finding something to buy.
Have used this site hundreds of times and overall really good.
So why not a 5 star review - for me personally it is. However today witnessed a gentleman serving long hair and facial hair - who appeared very patronising to a customer who seemed to wish to make a return of a faulty coat. She needed his help and obviously was concerned with the item and he pretty much dismissed her. He gave a telephone number to call, and said that there?s no point calling as you won?t get through today (Sunday) as there?s not many people on the phones.
Not the greatest customer service from this representative, he could have taken the customer aside, this was just after opening on Sunday 20/10/24 - instead he embarrassed her. I do not know this person but it made me and my friend fell uncomfortable to witness. The store and checkouts weren?t busy and he could have dealt with this in a different way.
I will shop here again, I?m sure but maybe a lesson in dealing with customers is needed for this man.
It would have been a five star review if not for that.
