Quite busy, so you have to be a little flexible with your workout order if you’re using racks, benches, pull-up bars, lat row cables or the EZ-bars. Fun, friendly staff, perfect for my shift work being 24 hours. Good array of kit and clean and tidy. Staff including the PTs who work for themselves always make an effort to say hello.
