Tesco's first fully automous staffless store! A UK and world first! The staff have been done away with, reprioritised to other more pressing duties. The tills go unattended and staff are instead asked to drip about the isles or brood about weekend misadventures. All part of a new head office initiative to create 'atmosphere' in stores.

It?s a handy place to have on your doorstep for stocking up on essentials, but the service is not the most friendly. If I ask for help at the self checkout, you?re not exactly made to feel welcome. I often leave the store feeling quite anxious. There is one really nice member of staff who always seems to be very accommodating for the customers, but I?m unsure of his name.

For the second day running, no staff was on the tills, they were all joking and laughing on the shop floor, had to wait and to call someone to jump on the till! Poor customer service, charging me £4 more, although it is my local im gonna give a respectable 2 stars!

Best Tesco in the World. Love the atmosphere and the staff being helpful while also having good banter and also they always have good music with customer singing along roo. And it's not just me I've heard lots of people say how friendly this Tesco store is. I'd deffo go back. Probably for more chocolate haha

I went to asos return and they said the machine was not working. From where? There is no guidance saying it will be okay, you can come back later. So will it work? Can't we come back later? Not an Evri delivery point?

Weird staff. They were yelling and laughing very loudly through the entire store, to the point where you could hear a growl, jokes, about racism and conversation about McDonald?s. It?s wasn?t just loud, it was incredibly loud. I understand it?s a hard job, but you still working guys and customers are still around you.
