David the Manager kindly gave me his ear to listen to how a photo from Tesco as the Data Controller under the Data Protection Act 2018 has been used incorrectly to accuse my daughter (a regular user of the petrol station) of an unpaid fuel incident by Forecourt Eye (who I assume is the Data Processor) and have not been helpful in resolving this issue. Hopefully we will get an update soon.

Went this morning for some shopping, the lady in charge ( loud and impolite ) speaks to customers with no respect. I have noticed it before and maybe she should do something else where customers don?t have to deal with her.

Thank you to the two members of staff on night duty a while ago who were so helpful and kind when I was in distress. I am very grateful and this shop is my go-to anyways!

So iv just been for petrol the woman took 5 minutes to put the pump on just staring at me when I went to pay she looked like she wanted to kill me didn?t talk smile acknowledge me at all then stood drumming her fingers in irritation while I was getting my money out never will I use this place again if that is the type of person they employ she definitely shouldn?t be working with the public .

I use this Tesco Express quite often as it?s the only store in my area which is open 24 hours.
However, I drove there tonight to buy some essentials and fill up with petrol and the entrance to the store was barricaded up with a handwritten sign on the window that said ?Closed all night. No staff. Sorry!?.
It was a minor inconvenience for me, but it meant I then had to find an alternative, which isn?t easy at 2am in the morning!

Went there the other day (31st may around 11am) with my clubcard voucher, which said it was valid for fuel (and also I used my coupons for fuel in the same place 2 months ago). The lady at the till said it wasn't valid for fuel so she didn't want to help me at all. I used to go to this petrol station because it was nearby and because of the clubcard but definitely after this poor customer service I won't come back.

Not actually 24 hours as often closes around 2.30 or so for a good hour or two. Have actually just been at 0415 and it's all closed inc the shop.

The person serving tonight - 7pm needs to acknowldege customers when they say hello or good evening instead of ignoring. If she doesn't like the job she should find a new job - no need for bad manners.
