Visited today and was served by Saskia on the desk, for the duration of the transaction she was having a conversation about television etc with someone on the headset. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional and rude and will be sure to use a different branch from now on.

Thank you to Joe, for his first class service in your Hove shop today. He really has brilliant customer service and helped me look at some gorgeous men?s aftershave. He offered me a choice of samples on a stick, which gave me a better idea of what I was looking for.
