Had a great time this week using Starbucks as a temporary office! The place is kept really clean and tidy making it easy to focus on work. Big shout out to Andy and Sam who will make you feel at home right away with their welcoming nature and friendliness. Andy in particular is happy to explain the menu to anybody who isn't a regular, making ordering a whole lot less pressurising. Both work hard to make sure orders are complete in a timely manor with tables and floors all clean and tidy :)

Great vibe in this Stabucks! Perfect place to work on your laptop and get lunch. With dual aspect windows, it's really light and airy there and great for people watching. Was with a friend with a baby and was a great place for them too!

Hoping this wouldn't simply sound as a personal offence to one of the staff members - when I visited in the morning, a partner with glasses (I'm simplifying the description on purpose) took my order with 'tall size' caffè latte, which was obvious as I previously ordered tall size cold brew and got rejected as they didn't have it at the time, changed it to caffè latte instead. My ?starbucks? tumbler is a tall size (355ml) and if you work at starbucks it?s easy to notice it?s not big enough for the grande size. He proceeded with the ?grande? size order, which I noticed only after receiving the coffee, and asked if he understood my order as grande. He nonchalantly said ?yes? and without even saying sorry, asked me if I wanted a refund, ordered the other girl next to him to do this. I didn?t appreciate his attitude that much, and his attitude was not that nice from the start anyway, the most offensive starbucks staff member I?ve ever seen.
Plus, whilst getting the refund, I noticed there was still a slight price difference for the caffè latte I ordered. I go to starbucks regularly. I know if there?s a difference obviously - the caffè latte I ordered with the same options was 10pp cheaper in another branch in London? I asked the girl at the till and she simply goes ?oh the price went up recently.? Hello, how can there be an ?inflation? without letting the customers know? but most of all, how can this happen in ONE DAY during christmas holidays? It?s a pure commedy. I don't even care if I paid slightly more or not, it's the customer service that you handled very badly, and your inattentiveness that I don't deserve early in the morning. It's nice to see the staff getting along with each other but getting distracted from taking care of customers' orders by prioritising your friendship, enjoying chatting and laughing the whole time...I kindly suggest you can do it another time.

Was disappointed by the limited choice of vegan food. There was only a pumpkin cookie and one or two savoury options so really not much for a city like Brighton!! Great coffee tough, as usual!

Very very poor service by Simon at the reception,,, sugar area is really dirty looks disgusting ,,, tables are really dirty ,, staff members are eating at reception and then making coffee without washing there hands ,,, very very disappointing by

I've visited many coffee shops in my time but the service here is easily the best I've had anywhere. The wait is always quick and the team are great, especially Piper who is always lovely and has a great memory, remembering me after a couple of visits and is always friendly and polite! My favourite place to get a drink!

Quite a nice starbucks. Layout is good and staff are friendly and helpful. The only gripe I have is that sometimes they close early for no apparent reason. It will state they're open until 7pm, but it will be locked up at 6pm. Apart from that, it's great!

Amazing staff, very nice, polite and quick. Im a regular and i can tell this is the best Starbucks of the area thanks to the Manager, Callum.The store is very clean, good music and environment, i will definitely come more regularly from now.

I should have known when I saw the barricade of bins that this was going to be an unpleasant experience, it was only 6:20pm and they close at 7pm/8pm (google said two different things so). But I asked for a Frappuccino in which I was told the blender was broken which was fascinating as my friend had gotten one not long before plus the blender parts were all out, freshly cleaned. If you?re not going to serve certain things at certain times of the day, at least advertise it / acknowledge it rather than tell lies just because you want to get out a little earlier.

Very clean store with quick service. Staff are always friendly and go out their way to bring the drinks over for my elderly grandma called Agnes, thank you guys you are the best. I love you Starbucks #live #laugh # love
