Very bad customer service have trade account from last 12 years went to buy car coolant they refused to sale as they want photo id as i show them my passport photo but still refused to sale. Never going to use them again

Well stocked and convenient to reach, this place has almost anything you may need for your DIY, but what makes it earn the 5 stars is the expert advice and the friendly manners of the staff. Lee and Jordon in particular excelled in my last visit to the store, not only in helping me deciding how to best tackle the job I had to do, but also in going far and beyond what I experimented in other shops. They proactively looked for and found a working solution to my problem. Will definitively come back. Thanks

Can be slightly more expensive than it's closest rival. However, for me personally they have better quality goods. Staff are always helpful.
