Very rude staff and condescending, if there is a store policy that the staff have to implement they should explain the reason and the purpose to the customer rather than use it as a point scoring exercise to humiliate the customer

Very rude staff. I?ve been at hove branch on Saturday 25/02/2023 at around 2:30pm, and a staff (young blond lady, called Alisha) was really rude with a customer. The customer was with a dog, and the store doesn?t allow dogs apparently. Alisha told the lady with the dog off, in a unacceptable way, saying that they don?t allow dogs because of allergies (that don?t make any sense for me, as they work with strong products on their shelves.) The lady and her lovely dog just left, without say anything, but I saw that she was very sad, and about to cry. It was really disappointing for me. Never will come back to this store again.

I used to love going to Savers so much, the staff used to me cheerful and friendly, but not anymore! Went few days ago I picked up two senna as I needed them. The cashier was rude with me, she threw one of the senna on the floor, saying you not allowed to have two! She could have said it nicely rather than beeing extremely rude and miserable!
