I am a delivery driver who comes regularly to this place to collect orders, the stuff in this place is awful to riders, they treat us with so much ignorance, disrespect and rudeness. I?ve spoke with over 10 riders and they all complain about this and they hate coming to this restaurant, we are HUMANS and we have feelings, we feel been humiliated by the stuff and ignored , also they way how they speak to the drivers are at worst. But after knowing at all riders complaining about this I have raised this issue to the delivery company and they are taking it serious. Stuff needs to respect not just customers but also riders!
I will continue raising this issue to all over social media and will never stop until they change their behaviour, tomorrow I will be speaking with Argus about it and they will sure publish this, also the council. This behaviour been going for years and I WILL stop it.
To the customer who is reading my review, please take action with us to stop these ignorant people and teach them morals and ethics

First and last meal at the Hove branch. Overpriced, poor quality and appalling customer service - no wonder not many customers there.
The garlic bread with mozzarella was garlic less with lump of melted cheese on the middle.
Paid extra to have ham and amount of ham for extra cost atrocious. Pizza also had nearly any cheese and went cold very quickly.
£3.55 for a 330ml coke!!!
Steps down to restrooms a trip hazard due to steepness and condition of the flooring.
Not once did any member of staff check the food was OK with us. They were to busy cleaning and chatting.
Very disappointed and won't be returning.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Pizza Express! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The pizza was nothing short of perfection?crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, with a generous amount of toppings. I particularly loved that you can choose the dough type as your own choice. The menu offered a great variety, and the dishes were beautifully presented.
I also appreciated the quick service, making it perfect for a casual meal with working friends. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious pizza and great service. I can?t wait to return!

We had a lovely Christmas dinner at Pizza Express Hove and food was delicious (prepared by Peter). Very friendly service (Kamila), we have been served very quick with a smile. Atmosphere incredible I was feeling like at home. We will definitely go back there.

Excellent place to spend some quality time with your family/colleagues over delicious food. We were greeted upon our arrival by the staff, exceptional customer service by Kamila and experienced chef Peter just added the cherry on the cake aka the whole dining experience. Highly recommended! We were blown away by the service at Pizza Express, Hove. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. Truly great service! Kamila (the manager of the place) & Peter (the head chef) truly cares about their guests. They were attentive, courteous, and polite. They made us feel like VIPs. Thank you, we will be back soon!

So where do we begin, we waited for 20 minutes to be acknowledged at the front door. Then once losing our patiecence of not being acknowledged along with the rest of the queue?. At least 5 separate parties? to be told we have to wait for an other hour for any service at all, even though everyone in the queue had a reservation? we all had bookings? this is mad?. Why is hove pizza express so troubled that they can?t serve the customers who are actually booked?. We were told understaffed however the UBer and deliveroo queue was clearly being served. So obviously we walked out? the people in front walked out and the people behind walked out, the whole queue had to walk out. What a massive Joke this place is!

Came here at 21:11 and online it states that they shut at 22:30. However the man at the door said takeaway only and turned us away. Then I challenged him on the closing time and he said "if you can be out at 22:00" so it went from takeaway only to suddenly they cant be bothered to stay open. Terrible terrible customer service and management. Don't set your closing time to 22:30 and then reject people 1 hour 20 mins before closing. This establishment just screams pure laziness ! (Not the first bad experience here...)

Came here for a friends birthday, Service was great. We had a big table for a lot of people. A few small mistakes with starters but they were quick to resolve it. Great food, Great service.

Classy-looking venue...large but friendly. Staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Food is up to usual Pizza Express standards...so pretty good. Menu is same as all PE restaurants. Short walk from the seafront.
