Genuinely thought I was on a prank show. The one person in-front of me in the queue wanted to deposit £25000 into his business account and I had to stand there and wait for the severely undertrained teenager(?) behind the counter to count out the 25k note by note in the most satirically slowest way possible. Had been standing there for a while before I decided to ask if they were planning on opening another counter to which the young man said ?no sorry, we only open one at a time? and explained that I would have to wait. Another gentlemen appeared from a door and explained that the bank was old and they didn?t have one of those machines that counts money for you (What????) so I would have to wait until his colleague was done counting it. After about 20 minutes of watching this guy count £20 note by £20 note through a stack of £25000, and realising he was only about half way through, I decided to give up and go elsewhere. Giant waste of time. Also not usually something I would care much about but the staff at this branch were dressed scruffier than anyone I?ve ever seen work at a bank before. Loose fit baggy t shirts, jeans and zip up hoodies all round. Looked like they were about to head to the local pub to cheer on their football team. Can?t imagine this brunch will be open much longer.

Couldn't do anything for me without my card. All I wanted was to get access to my account online and I had ID, account number & sort code. What a total waste of space high street banks are now that they're just staffed by kids without adequate training

Went in to resolve an account issue I couldn't fix online and the staff were super friendly and helpful, gave me extra advice on other questions I had, really excellent service

Dreadful customer service, so many staff floating around and queues at the counters! Having to queue, count your coins at a machine then queue again for a teller. Coin machine often broke down. More staff as tellers especially at beginning of the month and lunch times!

Would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is appalling. Completely incompetent. The only time I visit, is because they've messed something up again. The queues are horrendous. And every person that was in front of me in the queue, had a complaint to sort out.

The single worst customer service I have ever received. Cashier was rude, intrusive and arrogant. I had money in my bank, a driving license and multiple ID was was not allowed to withdraw money in my account without 'proof of an invoice'!! Like it's any business of the bank's what I spend my money on. Because of this branch's customer service, I will be looking at changing banks.

Very good experience, Mary McDonald is amazing. She really sped things up for me after I told her about my awkward parking situation. Everyone else was kind and professional but she really went above and beyond to help me and move things along so thank you! Customer service is rare to find nowadays so reassured by her attitude. Unless you enjoy queuing for 30 mins Every time I visit only one cashier desk open .Ask for a few thousand in cash and refused to give it to me . Needed to pay a couple of builders . After pleading with the manager I need some money I left with £500... I explained it?s my money and would like to withdraw it and have the correct ID ... NatWest changes its policies on a daily basis with set limits the manager told me ... 20 years of banking with NatWest and couldn?t withdraw my money... Well done the manager (

Michal the natwest employee that stood outside and refused me to deposit money and a cheque to my pensioner mothers account is unhelpful and rude. He even threatened to take her card off me even though she's given me permission as she's isolating as per government guidelines. I made it 5 minutes before closing time and he said no entry like Iwas trying to get into a bar. I work nights and trying to help my mother during the pandemic is difficult and your employees should show some leniency and be more helpful during these testing times. Terrible customer service!

Friendly and helpful staff! The wait was normal like you might expect in any bank, there are seats to sit which are fine. Banks get busy and you will have to wait, accept it!

Worst bank I've ever been to. Queues going out the door whatever time of day you go in. When you get to a member of staff they seem to have no sense urgency at all about the people waiting. Awful.
