Just been into nationwide George Street, And had a visa dispute issue regarding a website, I needed help with. Your employer Lucy who helped me was very helpful and explained In good detail what happened and how to sort it. I ld like to say thank her very much on her as well let you know, she was a great help and very patient with me. Definitely recommend this bank.

Useless and rude staff, took nearly a year to process a power of attorney, this branch lost the forms twice and sent me someone else's paperwork. Avoid this branch use the Brighton one instead they are much more helpful and knowledgeable than these jokers.

Usually very nice, but had an awful experience with the rudest woman on the till. Long, big, curly hair, about 35/40. Really difficult to deal with, unnecessarily abrupt, purposefully minimal. I?ll make sure I go to a different cashier next time. I hope she moves branches and learns some manners, or works in deep sea mining in future. Clearly not a people person.Edit**Went back and she is still there being as rude as ever. Seriously bad attitude.

Not very friendly cashiers behind the desk. They dont even pass the time of day or smile. Thankfully not my usual branch. Burgess Hill or Worthing much better.

Hadn't been in to Hove branch for a while. Was served by the delightful "trainee" Gina. She was very professional and calm whilst coping with computer problems and she ended with a lovely smile and wished me well. Good luck to her.

Very friendly and understanding team. Every time I visit the branch they are all so happy to help. I have visited the Hove branch for the first time during pandemic and they are all so great making sure everybody is safe and all their customers are seen as soon as possible. A lovely lady named Anna helped me using the machine and handed me a step by step guide on how to activate the app. Simply Amazing!

Fantastic branch to deal with. You can tell the staff love the blood and thunder of delivering top customer service. Doing my business here is my cup of tea. If I've had to go in with query during lockdown, the manager's handled social distancing measures very well, which isn't surprising - I know what he's like!

My work takes me all over the country so I have experience of many Nationwide branches and this one tops them all. I always get a better reception from the workers and realise I?m in the Hove branch, that?s the difference!What really tops it off is the personal service from the manager. I went in last year to enquire about my travel insurance cover for Oman and the manager handed me a piece of paper with some excellent travel tips and said ?That?s for Muscat, that?. Really thoughtful and professional. 5/5 stars

DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. There So rude it is absolutely shocking. They make it so hard for you to get your own money out evan with a passport. There questions are very invasive and the attitude of the staff is just unacceptable.
