Wonderful company, had a dispute with Three over a new contract, they took the upfront payment and did nothing else. After a month of trying to get a refund I raised a dispute through Lloyds. I expected another wait but they returned the money to my account immediately, I'm very impressed

I don?t live in Hove but have needed to go into this branch on several occasions over the last few years and each time the staff have been outstandingly helpful and pleasant. I wish all bank branches were like this and am sorry to see so many closures. The personal touch is slowly dying.

Brilliant staff member! Every time I go into the bank I?m greeted by a lovely lady with brown hair with a fringe and glasses (I didn?t get her name).She?s always happy to help or even just have a chat. She deserves a pay rise!
