I rented my first property through Leaders Hove on my return from Australia. I was unfamiliar with the market and the team made the process as straightforward as possible. I would like to acknowledge by name however Francesca Cranford as my property manager during my tenancy. She was outstanding in her ability to work on behalf in some necessary and tricky negotiations with the owner of the property on a number of matters and it was clear that she took great care in protecting the interests of both parties. There is no doubt that being in the middle at times must make it a really tough job but Francesca dealt with all communications professionals but also good humour and empathy. She is an asset to the team there and I wish her well in her career in the property industry.

Thomas has been the single best person I've ever dealt with at a Lettings Agents. We managed to secure a property to rent in Hove with Thomas's help, and he was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. In my experience, Leaders have been a much more pleasant company to deal with than many of their rivals from the point of view of a prospective tenant.

Lara was super friendly from the moment we met her at the door for the viewing, she was willing to answer every one of our many questions and gave nothing but well-informed and polite answers to all. She was so attentive and helpful in the process of finding our new flat so a big thank you there!

Had a viewing with Lara the other day, and cannot speak highly enough of her. She was accommodating, friendly, helpful, super quick on reply times, and really an all round star. Lara has really made finding a property so easy for me. It has been near impossible finding somewhere to live recently and Leaders have really been on top of their game. Lara in particular has been so helpful and reassuring during this whole process. I'd would definitely recommend Leaders for anyone else who is struggling through this process. I've noticed that the phone is nearly always answered or you get a call back/email back quickly.

Impeccable service, especially from the wonderful Lara, made my experience with Leaders truly outstanding.We all know how tough the rental market has been lately, with properties being snatched up in the blink of an eye. The team at Leaders Letting & Estate Agents Hove is nice! I have had impression with their services, especially Francesca who is a property manager managing my renting. She is very helpful, although sometimes I got late responses. However, she always gives me clear answers.

I had a great experience with Leaders, they were always really helpful and got back to me straight away if I needed anything. I rented for 9 years and never had a problem.
