I'm still waiting for my photo! Went there at 11am, was told it could take 2.5hrs for my electronic photo, its now 7.30pm! I need to get my visor for NZ! I've constantly checked my spam and junk files, still nothing! Can you please get this sorted!!!

I called into the shop to use the photograph printer machine which I?m afraid looked a bit daunting as I hadn?t used it before. Wendy, who seemed to be the only lady single-handedly running the entire operation could see I looked hesitant to use the machine so kindly offered to help. It?s not the fact that Wendy effortlessly helped me to print out my photographs which she thankfully took fully control of, but everything about the way she cheerfully goes about her work. I was more impressed with Wendy?s customer services than the state of the art print machine. I observed her serving other customers and she is naturally friendly and professional to everyone. I have to give a massive shoutout to Jamie from the hove branch. He managed to get some very tough stains out of two of my favourite jumpers, after hearing horror stories about how dry cleaners could potentially ruin items he was very reassuring and was extremely helpful I fully recommend there services!

I had a super experience at Johnsons! I bought a brand new silky Zara suit that arrived in the post in terrible condition and was very difficult to iron. The gentleman at Johnsons offered me several solutions ensuring I knew the pro's and con's to each. The service was professional and extremely prompt and my suit looked fantastic afterwards...I will definitely be back for all my cleaning needs!

Brought my coat in which hadn't been cleaned for 5 years which had beer dirt and unpleasant smells ingrained into it.By the end of the next day I was able to pick up my coat that now smelt amazing the dirty stains removed and had the fury collar rejuvenated!Very friendly staff would highly recommend

Great, friendly and rapid dry cleaning. They managed to get a stain out of an expensive tee-shirt that I?d feared was ruined. Very pleased with the service.

Exactly the same, tried to send a parcel by DPD from this premises, and the lady was complaining because it looked too heavy. Also waiting to receive a parcel, and they said that's no a DPD pick up service... Try to avoid this place, specially if you're are thinking on using their parcel service.Didn't like the way I was "helped"...

Smug and sneery service. The lady at the counter seemed almost pleased they couldn't get the stain out. Avoid. There are better options - literally anywhere else.

If I could give them zero stars i would! I spent ages carrying a very heavy DPD box over to them to tell me they couldn't send it off because its too big despite the fact that one of them saw the item (which is exactly the same size as the box) the week before and never told me that! If they'd have told me that before hand I wouldn't have put my back out carrying it over to them. I'm in extreme pain now after carrying it all the way home again. The two bald men I spoke to were rude, useless and talked down to me because of my age and to be honest i'm annoyed I didn't say something in the shop

Just pad £57 to have a leather jacket cleaned. Got it home and found that the lining had not been touched, they had just used some sort chemical to give it a horrible, shiny finish. Looks like the stuff used to renovate car seats and the inside still has stains and smells musty as it had been stored since last winter. Very disappointing. Would not recommend them or use them again. Could have done a better job myself with some saddle soap.
