I was blown away, the food here was so good. The sausage rolls, the steak and chicken bake, and my favourite the sausage, bean, and cheese melt! I would come daily just to get one, and I can't wait to go back.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Greggs located in Portslade, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, the inviting atmosphere and warm aromas enveloped me, setting the tone for a delightful meal.
The store was immaculately clean and well-organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The layout is spacious, allowing for easy navigation even during peak hours. The staff maintained a welcoming demeanor, which further enhanced the inviting ambiance.
The service at this Greggs branch was outstanding. The staff was friendly and attentive, ready to offer recommendations and answer any questions. It was evident they take pride in their work, providing a level of customer service that felt personal and genuine.
Now, onto the star of the show?the food. I indulged in a selection of their iconic pastries, starting with the classic sausage roll. It was perfectly flaky, with a savory filling that was just the right balance of seasoning. The crispness of the pastry was delightful, making it a satisfying treat.

I recently visited the Greggs in Portslade and had such a wonderful experience that I felt compelled to write this review. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which made my visit truly delightful. The star of my experience, however, was Louis, who provided exceptional service with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
Louis went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I ordered a curry bake, a ham and cheese toasty, and a hot chocolate?all served promptly and with care. The curry bake was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice, the ham and cheese toasty was fresh and delicious, and the hot chocolate was rich and warming?exactly what I needed on a chilly day.
What really stood out was Louis? attentiveness. He made sure my order was correct, took the time to check if everything was to my liking, and even had a friendly chat that made me feel valued as a customer. It?s rare to find such excellent service in a fast food setting, but Louis exceeded my expectations in every way.
If you?re in the Portslade area and looking for a quick bite or a warm drink, I can?t recommend this Greggs enough. With the fantastic food and the exceptional service from Louis, it?s a must-visit!

Ordered breakfast from Uber Eats and the Restaurant didn't call me or Uber to say the food was stolen and they wouldn't make it again. Waited 2 hours and contacted them and the guy who was talking to me was very aggressive and also aggressive with the girl who was supposed to deliver my food.
Apparently was my fault that they didn't ask the driver to start the journey or to see the order?s number before giving the food to them.
Very sad to end like this.

Awful attitude from Lorna the manager. Very abrupt, when serving me she gave me the wrong item and then accused me of hiding it after she took it back, then mocked me and said it must be the ghosts. All of the staff look miserable working with her

I was standing waiting to be served when a delivery driver came in to pick up an order. The old lady working there asked the driver "do you have a bag" in an aggressive tone of voice, he said "yes in the car" so instead of asking him to get she left him a bad review and when he asked her instead of doing that just ask me to get my bag she said "all you delivery drivers are useless you can't do anything right if it was down to me I wouldn't have you lot coming here" the driver then said "oi less of the attitude no need for that all you had to do is ask me to get it as most shops don't ask if you have a bag or not" now me being a deliveroo rider my self at the weekends knows this most riders leave there bags in the car as it only takes a few seconds to pick up an order. She then turn round and said "I'm also going to report you for your attitude and also your driving the wrong vehicle this is my shop I do it my way" the driver got the order and said "buy love your an absolute idiot with a bad attitude I would hate to be your husband" If I was that driver I wouldn't go back to that store she was bang out of order and no need for what she done

Ordered today a large latte .. was surprised that the guy on the till gave it in 20 secs? going back home (next door) open the lid .. steam drops , cold coffee, dead foam.. my latte probably was sitting there for 10-15 min before pass it to me .. what a shame ? never again
