Avoid phone repairs here at all costs.
I was given an in-warranty repair on a Google Pixel 7 Pro and then (after they had taken my phone) they charged me claiming damage to the screen (even though they had agreed at the desk there was no damage).
As if that wasn't bad enough, they messed up the screen replacement and damaged one of the microphone array cables, leading to distorted calls and causing things such as Now Playing to stop working (that function only uses the lower mic), which I didn't know about until 6 months later when someone told me how to run a diagnostic on the phone.
Will NOT be using them in the future and will go to iSmash or somewhere else in Brighton.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are all about but I've never had any problems with the staff in here. Always very kind and helpful and informative, in fact I'm sending my mum there to get a phone contract with them instead of doing pay as you go.

The manager with long hair is honestly just the rudest person I have met in a long time. I cannot believe he works in a job which requires customer service. As a result of his horrible and rude manner and lack of ANY help, I very happily switched phone providers.

Avoid at all costs!!! terrible store with untrust worthy staff who make mistakes and promise to fix them and never gets done been trying to sort an issue out for over 7 months with false promises and no resolution better off going to one of the brighton stores avoid
