Absolute joke! Asked to buy the settee we're interested in! The 1st question we got! You sure it fits in your house? Walked out from this point! Awful service, patronising! He didn't even need to sell! We wanted to purchase! Told him exactly what we wanted but still asked that question!

Good shop, loads of products to see and check before buying.
Unfortunately, don't do exchanges. I could have bought a bigger sofa but wanted to swap with mine, which only 2 yrs old in perfect condition. Maybe consider changing the company policy.

We went in to have a look round and get an idea of what we might like(28/08/24). We asked some questions about some of the sofas that said ex customer. The woman (short dark hair, wearing black clothing)was so standoffish and really unhelpful like she just wanted to get rid of us. She kept saying that it's confidential why the clients sent sofas back, we get that but a bit of info about the sofa itself would be helpful.

Walked out and brought my sofa from a store who wanted to sell me a sofa . The blonde woman who made a rather sad attempt at serving me managed to talk me out of buying my sofa . She had to be the rudest and most unhelpful person I have ever been served by ! She sat yawning through the questions I was asking and appeared totally uninterested in Selling me a sofa. I walked out because of this . I went to another sofa shop where I met a woman who was talking to the sales man and explaining that she had just walked out of DFS at the point of parting with her money as the woman who served her was so rude and after a short conversation we realised it was the same woman . 2 sales, in less than an hour, lost because of her vile attitude, I have to thank her though as I have found the perfect sofa in another store and delivery is within 5 days . DFS train your staff !

Nice sofas but always poor aftercare so male sure u know your rights and are able to follow through with them
