CTG travel agency is very much customer focused and ensures to deliver a service in line with customer expectation and requirements. I have dealt with Miss Shimi couple of times and she has been very helpful and friendly and of course a hard worker (she stayed late in the office on Friday to issue my tickets). This is a company I trust and recommend to others.
