Back in 2003 when I was a slip of a lad, coming to the city for my first job from university, all naive. This crowd was based near Brighton Station. They insisted I have renters insurance which of course they could do me a good price ? of £100. But of course I had no possessions worth insuring , and the landlords own insurance would have covered the flat itself. But they insisted and I had to pay them £100.
