I happened to visit Costa Portland Road for a meeting last week. Absolutely fantastic , welcoming and friendly team. Exceeded my expectations , great coffee great experience. Will come back !!

I went and picked up my drinks and was asked if I wanted whipped cream on top. I casually said it was my friends birthday so why not. The staff picked up on that and mad the drinks extra special. They really went out of their way. The store itself is a bit tired and needs some TLC from head office

Lovely and helpful workers. This is the best customer service Costa I’ve had. It’s my local and it’s always a nice atmosphere. They work well in a team and the coffees and cakes are amazing ? xx
