Nice people but very money grabbing took as much deposit as possible left curtains to help next tenants if they need them as they were expensive and got charged 20 to move themWas a good tenant always paid rent but at the last hurdle they even tried to change me to put new locks in because I gave them 1 set back but I was only given 1 setWouldn?t recommend as there is zero understanding for renters and no empathy I was burgled in the flat and they refused to change locks for free

Very rude and lazy staff. Very unhelpful because they can?t be bothered to do their job, they would rather do as least as possible to keep their jobs and not get sacked. Keyword is Lazy! Owner start by sacking Sasha, best thing for your company I promise you.

Coastal management is amazing they have left me alone since I started my tenancy which I appreciate. The only issue I have experienced is that my fire alarms have been going off constantly and silly o?clock in the morning multiple times a night I have spoken to the fire alarm people and coastal management and I don?t feel like anything is getting done to fix the issue. I personally believe this is unsafe, unreliable and leading me into a false sense of security. This is because due to them constantly going off if there happens to be a fire one day I won?t be alarmed when their is a fire as they are always going off when there is not a fire so I don?t see how that is safe when there is a fire no one will take any notice of the alarms. People have come out and told me that they are working this is not the issue I am aware they are working but they must be faulty to be setting off at 2/3 o?clock in the morning multiple times I just want help and support to be able to fix this issue

Called regarding a flat on their website... my details were taken and they were supposed to come back to me with an answer to a question... I had to chase up. Then told the flat had gone. I asked them to let me know if anything similar came up. A couple of weeks later... the SAME flat came up! They had not attempted to contact me and didn't even have my details. Applied for the flat... a small issue with the application but they were unable to come up with a suitable resolve!! Not helpful at all!!

Do not use this letting agent!!Me and two of my mates put applications in for a flat. The woman was pushy and asked that we complete the application within a 24 hour period. We obliged her and completed the applications within the time frame but to our amazement she apparently did not receive two of the applications despite us receiving conformation of completion. Upon inquiring over the phone about the state of our application, the woman was incredibly rude to both me and my friend and denied us any proper explanation for what happened with our applications.I highly recommend that you avoid this letting agent at all costs. They are not worth your time and will happily screw you over

My partner and I rented a lovely appartment in Hove for over 2 years with Alice as our property manager and we couldn't have been happier with the experience: very professional, helpful, excellent communication and very quick to react when there was an issue. Would totally recommend this agency and especially Alice and Beth who dealt with the end of our tenancy. 10\/10.

Not the worst letting agency in the world, but their communication skills could use some work. I frequently had people coming into my flat without being giving the legal 24 hour notice, especially towards the end of my time under them (part of why I left).Loved the letting agent I had at the start of my contract, but unfortunately they left. Their replacement was definitely not as good, pretty cold and made me feel like a bother and an idiot any time I had to talk to them.

We have been dealing with coastal management for a really long time now but since Cheyenne has started and i have been dealing with her only it has been more efficient. She has been really helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
