I want to give a 5-stars customer service review to young Abdul who, after seeing me only a couple of times collecting parcels there, today saw me in the queue, remembered my name AND last name, and promptly delivered my parcel, wishing me a good weekend by my title and last name. Little unexpected details which nowadays, especially from young people, make a huge difference in a store. Wishing you the best of your career Abdul.

Every time I go in there there is a colleague guy with tanned skin is always miserable but today he was rude to me so I will not tolerate it. It's my local and I now refuse to use this branch after that awful Interaction.

3 stars because it is in fact a coop that sells coopy things. Knocked off a star because there is never any hot food in the hot food counter, and another because the staff are all exceptionally slow and miserable looking

Why is it that this coop is not the same as other coops so you cant use a loyalty card from.another coop and yet they sell the same coop bags.
Ridiculous.
Be great to get rid of these stores and bring back the small local independent traders instead.

Never take Evri parcels because they're "full" get rid of the machine sick of walking in here. All Coop's smell like human feces this one worse than usual.

Doesn't accept the Coop membership card and requires you to sign up for a separate card, so you can't get the membership discounts. Seems ridiculous to carry around multiple membership cards for the same company. The Coop round the corner accepts the main one.

Doesn't accept they major Co pp membership card, despite using all the same branding. Only tell you as you're about to pay.

I have never met a group of staff in one shop be so moody , unfriendly or so unenthused in my life! Usually you get one or two people in a shop that clearly hate there job and own lives but in this store it seems that the requirement to work here is you have to not be able to smile, have any form of communication skills and hate the workd! All while paying a premium for the experience !

Staff in the Woodbridge store are very badly trained didn?t know what a TOTUM student card was as a result I was rude to the staff member. The staff in the shop are very thick has no brains and music was on when shopping not good for someone who has autism
