It?s in a good location and some staff members are fairly helpful. But I find myself waiting practically every time at the pay tills when I shop there. You have to ask how much your shop is and if you just pay they never seem to offer you a receipt like most places would put this into good practice. But I put this down to the lack of service, staff feel they need to put towards there customers. I?ve also paid a few times with having left the odd change from a transaction and I?ve been told, have a good day before being handed change back. As if there is an assumption that I don?t want it which makes me feel more ease to walk away instead of asking. This is a review towards shop A only on dyke road.

This is copied from a review 2 years ago and sadly it?s exactly the same now: super friendly and hard working staff but there is ALWAYS huge lack of items available, especially fresh produce, and so empty shelves. A lot of standard products are considerably more expensive than elsewhere (even the ?W?.? supermarket, which has a bad rep on pricing) which is a big hit on those of us without a car or a big fridge/freezer to get out to the cheaper larger stores to do bigger shops and then store things.

Staff in the Woodbridge store are very badly trained didn?t know what a TOTUM student card was as a result I was rude to the staff member. The staff in the shop are very thick has no brains and music was on when shopping not good for someone who has autism

Take no notice of reviews saying lack of stock, because I went in and managed to get pretty much everything on my list. Good mix of brand and non-branded essentials. What would make this store perfect is to please could security move on the beggars outside. it?s the main reason i put off going into this store, they sit by the cash point as well don?t feel comfortable using it

Why is it here? For a reasonable size co op they stock barely anything but why is it even here when there is another co op 5 seconds down the road? They don't even do the lottery! Although the second co op is microscopic in comparison they seem to have a plethora of items in stock. Just get rid of it. It would be of far more use if was just a vacant, empty void.
