The worst Co-op store on my street, when it comes to the availability of goods, products, nothing is ever in stock, on a scale of 10 to 1, a definite minus 1, there are no words to describe this thing (I won't even write it as a shop with service...) because it is a complete failure, I always go shopping on Blachinghton Road, Co-op, always available products, great service, full professionalism

The miniscule amount that the Co-Op care about their staff is best represented by the abysmal Co-Op radio station that blares too loud in every shop.
I only have to be in there for four minutes if I'm lucky. The poor staff have to deal with this drivel loop for a whole shift. The 'DJ' should be on some kind of register.

Everything overpriced I'm going up daily .
Stealing is rife some guy cleaned the meat shelf out when I was there no one bothered stopping in him.
And it's muggins that obviously has to pay the extra . I for one I stopped shopping there

Retail staff are not appreciated enough! I have worked in retail and know how difficult it is. Can u imagine if we didn't have them? I know I would be lost without them. I use this co op regularly and also get deliveries from them. They are all amazing and helpful and funny and so much more so thank you to every single one of u. U make the world a better place <3

Visited the store today and had kicked my big toe whilst crossing the road. It was bleeding quite badly and the staff were amazing and they helped clean up the cut, made me sit down and put plasters on and even sanitised my shoe for me. Honestly great service!!

Lovely shop but the miserable old woman does not make it nice , if i see her working I will walk down the road to Sainsburys instead because i cant deal with how rude she is . Was having discussion with her the other day about something and she was just being nasty about everything i said . I then later returned and she had the audacity to say " Think I'm gonna serve you after the way you spoke to me earlier" when she was the one being rude and speaking disrespectfully. Absolutely appalling behaviour and is shame because every single other worker is amazing and has the most respect and try help as best as possible . Long story short if it was up to me this woman would be fired and looking at other reviews I'm not the only one that feels this way.

5 days ago I went to put 50£ on my electric key and it didn?t work but left my money pending. The manger on site said to just wait for it to come back into my account and that it will be a couple hours. It?s been 5 days and it?s still pending!! I tried calling in but no one answers the phone

Recently refurbished + it's now great. Good selection of fruit + veg and the cold items well presented in large cabinets behind sliding doors. There is also 2 new self service stations which are really easy to use. Love this shop - highly recommended.
