I've been a regular customer of CEX, both online and in store, for the best part of 20 years, and have traded numerous products here. Apart from being sent a few products that were not what I ordered, or were not working properly, 99% of my purchases have been spot on, and just as described. And when things aren't quite right, there's never a problem getting it sorted promptly, and without any problems.

I like most of the staff and their selection but when I bought a keyboard and mouse recently which were very expensive I was unable to use them as my computer doesn't have Bluetooth and despite being told I could exchange them for the same price if they weren't compatible I took them back and was offered 99p!!! I rarely get cross but I felt completely conned , I shan't buy anything but dvds from them which isn't often . Very disappointed ??
