I called as I needed some balloons for an upcoming celebration and although there was another CF branch closer to me, I chose the George Street branch because of the amazing service.
Maria was so friendly and helpful on the phone, a breath of fresh air that can be rare when dealing with retail companies. Maria had lots of information regarding the items I was interested in purchasing and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. She sorted my balloons for collection and bagged them up, ready for the party! She?s a real asset to the company. Thank you Maria ???

I visited today the card factory at Hove in George street and Kane was extremely helpful and so kind! Definitely visit that branch

I have been card factory to day with my son 6 years old , he wanted to buy toy which is l was thinking for his Christmas present me and my son very struggling l was trying him leave it santa gonna bring it but he is not listening me at all , a bit embarrassed then one lady hear us what going on between us. She very kindly talk to my son , make him leave it later like a magic thanks god otherwise God knows how long it will take her name is Simo ,, Mery Christmas Simo ?

I was served by Lucy who had the patience of a Saint showing me cards and offers.Mandi then helped me with gift bags and sweets for the children. Really great shopping experience.
