Went for coffee, service was a bit slow considering there were 3 ladies behind the counter. Caramel espresso tasted a bit off ao didnt end up drinking it.

Very dirty need to clean there act up and there tables' and having coffee and food in takeaway paper things not very nice eewwwww won't be going there again might catch a bacterial disease message for neros get some staff in you have really let the name go.
Still love the coffee though shame about the rest .

I asked for a single espresso to take away and they charged me 2.30 instead of 2.20. When I pointed out the mistake, the girl asked her colleague who gave me the 10 cents, taking them from the tip glass, then said several times in Italian "you idiot". Maybe he didn't realize that I'm Italian and I completely understand that he was insulting someone, but there was no one else around me.

Normally have a really good experience here but the food today must have been off as its the only thing I've eaten and I'm incredibly unwell.

Filthy toilets which is always a bad sign when attending a place and the cleaning schedule hadn't been updated since march. The coffee didn't taste very nice and I asked for a white Americano but was served with a white coffee and no milk on the side. Coffee was too milky and luke warm. Server was uncommunicative and I can only assume didn't want to be there or was very hungover. Not a great experience Cafe Nero should do better.

The best cafe I've ever had a coffee in EVER.The service was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. The attention to detail on the food and drinks is second to none. Just brilliant.Vegetarian options: Beautiful place with a very good mixed menu,chocolate cake is fantastic and I'd recommend the vegan quiche is just stunningKid-friendliness: I did see some children in here,who were really enjoying their food and having fun with their family.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly and the staff are very helpful

In here now and very disappointed with the staff . They had switched to paper cups but only just because , but refused to give me a real cup even though the staff were using plates for their lunch .Felt so annoyed by this , customer is always right. She even said to the girl just say no, how rude is that . Normally a nice relaxed place , depending on staff ?

I appreciated it was still open at 5pm. There was just one server who was clearly not rushed off her feet and there was a lot of empty tables with finished cups still sitting on them and while I was there, no effort was made to clear them.
