Terrible service, stay away from this scam clinic, they don't care about the patients, they only think about how to steal as much money as possible, i pay many times for their mistakes, my fault it was that I was very kind, im planing to sue them enough is enough , discussed from this.

I had two dental implants with Tomas Cuenca-Jimenez. Tomas took me through the process from initial consultation, extraction, placing the implants through to the final check-up post implants.At each stage I was made to feel at ease, it was a very smooth process, provided reassurance throughout the process that at any stage to get in touch between the appointments. Excellent patient care throughout. You wouldn't be able to tell if I'd had new teeth, they just look like they've always been there. Using both sides of the mouth to chew is now a new experience for me, so glad I had the work done. Just a great services from the practice staff also.

I had an implant done by Dr.Tomas Cuenca at Bupa Dental Care in Hove, and I could not be happier. My tooth implant looks and feels fantastic.Tom is very reliable and professional. I always felt very well looked after, Tom explained the process of extraction, healing and implementation of implant with care and detail. Really happy to have met him and I will definitively go back to his clinic if I ever need another implant. Thank you very much Dr.Cuenca.

I had surgical and restorative treatment under the care of Dr. Tomas Cuenca-Jimenez. And I couldn't be more satisfied. From the first appointment to the last everything was clear and informative. This was a great experience, which is abnormal for me knowing that, like most patients, I do not like going to the dentist.Tomas was very professional, patient and friendly. Following my first visit, I am so impressed with the BUPA Dental Clinic in Hove.The receptionists are polite and professional.The reception area and surgery was spotless.The dentist, thorough, caring and took the time to explain everything necessary.I have no reason to feel apprehensive or nervous in going again.

The dentist was unprofessional and didn?t want to refer me to have a wisdom tooth extraction. At the sainsbury?s dentist I was referred straightaway and the nhs removed my tooth no problem. This dentist denied my problem before he even had a look, I had to argue with him so he would have a proper look. I guess he was annoyed I was right, so he then proceeded to tell me he would not refer me because no one would help me (even though they had in the past for my other impacted wisdom tooth). He really insisted that no one would help me and that I would ?definitely? lose an extra tooth (which I didn?t on the other side) or that it would cost me thousands of pounds and they would damage my nerve, etc. Ridiculous behaviour. He also said my constant pain and trouble cleaning the impacted tooth, giving me bad breath and taste, are not real problems. I paid all this money hoping to get nice, faster treatment and i was treated badly, disrespected and I don?t even know who I was referred to because he didn?t even know himself who to refer me to (openly unprofessional).

Interesting approach to patient management, after several years registered with BUPA Hove and prior to that multiple years registered with BUPA Fiveways (ex Oasis)? I was advised that my forthcoming dentist check-up was going to cost me £128 because it would be treated as a new patient due to the length of time since the last check-up. When I brought up COVID lockdown and extreme caution to avoid attending dental practices during Covid!... I was told ?it is the rules?. They acknowledged that I had been attending the hygienist relatively regularly (COVID permitting), but they forgot that to book an appointment with a dentist during those times was next to impossible. Not once did the practice contact me in the two years of COVID to warn me this could happen. They also did not mention it when I made the appointment neither later on when I had to reschedule. Instead they remembered to tell me the day before when they phoned me to change the time of the following day?s appointment. I felt that the way this was handled was pretty shoddy and given I am a private patient, fortunately there is no shortage of very good dental practices around Brighton and Hove. Only positive thing I have to say is that I will miss Joanna, who is an excellent hygienist and Jane Stimpson who is a good dentist.

I highly recommend Jane and her lovely nurse Ophelia for being so kind and caring with my daughter that they saw for the first time today. She had her check up and a stubborn baby tooth removed, Jane explained everything to her and made sure she was comfortable.
