Absolutely appalled! I was denied time-sensitive medication by Abdulkadhim Atiyah Thamer (registration no. 2229816) because the pharmacy was ?too busy.? This was despite there being only two people behind me in the queue and other staff members present.
The situation caused confusion not only for myself but also for the other customers waiting, especially after I suggested I would be happy to wait until they were served. Even then, I was still denied. Other customers kindly offered to wait longer so that I could receive my prescription, yet the pharmacist still refused, repeating that they were ?too busy.?
Such behavior is unacceptable. There was no professionalism, no patient care, and no understanding shown by an individual who should uphold all three qualities in a medical profession. I truly hope no one else has to experience this level of dismissiveness and rudeness. I am, however, grateful to the other customers who encouraged me to write this negative review in the hope that this issue is investigated and prevented from happening to others.

I come here once a week to collect my prescription. Unfortunately I feel the need to write this review as I feel I?ve been discriminated against because of my mental health. Often I?m early or confused about my medication and feel anxiety asking for help. I have received no help, just judgement and rude comments from the store manager Julie. I?ve heard the way she speaks to others and it has made me not collect my medication for fear of ridicule.

I received the best customer service that I have ever had in my life yesterday. Freddie (apologies if I have spelt that incorrectly) went above and beyond, searching through, not just the stock room upstairs, but dozens of huge blue stock boxes on the shop floor, to find the only bottle of dry mouth spray that they had in stock. And he didn't stop until he had found it. What a legend! A shining example to so many others, of how to treat customers and keep them coming back for more. He definitely deserves a raise or a bonus! Cheers Freddie! You really made my day! ?

Store manager Julie was very rude and dismissive. Told me curtly to come back in 4 hours. Came back and was told wait another hour. Another customer came in and asked if I was waiting, Julie said rudely ?I?ve dealt with her?. I am autistic and adhd. I felt very upset by this

Don't answer the phone, go on lunch exactly when customers have time to come in and when I went to collect a prescription the day before going on holiday they said they'd unexpectedly closed as there was no pharmacist available.

Well this is a poor excuse for a Boots. Looks very run down, empty shelves and under staffed. Be prepared to queue at the pharmacy when buying over the counter medicine. Awful.

Had one of the most unpleasant experiences with the person working at the pharmacy on the 21st of October. Not only did they decide to lie to me about a product not being available when it clearly was, but making jokes about someone's health inquiries in front of 5-6 other people is downright nasty and insulting (followed by them telling me to move out the way after the 20 seconds of ill-mannered commentary so they can serve people behind me in the queue). Will be filing a complaint.

Super disappointed & pretty hurt by the unprovoked rudeness of one of the pharmacists at this Boots branch. When I came to pick up some medication this afternoon, she saw me, ignored me, and when I tried to catch her attention gave me a glaring look and scolded. I get that she may have been stressed, but the unpleasantness of the exchange could easily have been mitigated if she could just have displayed a little common decency and asked me to wait which I was happy doing anyway. Her very lovely colleague (who was also clearly spinning a few plates) stepped in to help, which I really appreciated, but sadly I don?t think I?ll be going back to this branch.

Pharmacy is always understaffed and nothing is ever ready for pickup. Issues upon issues. Switched to Trinity and much happier.
