Love the staff here!I've had some great finds in this store and it's clothes beautifully colour coded. The staff are always helpful. And more recently the team went to great trouble to find a missing boot - my daughter had tried the one on display in the shop and loved it. It took much searching over days, but they found it and called me up.They are my daughter's favourite footwear! What amazed me was the trouble they took to find the other boot . They've dubbed my daughter Cinderella ?Thank you so much guys ?

The charming young boy who served me today (pride sat) was amazing! We were greeted at the till in a friendly manner and then to top it all off my daughter wanted some coins to put in the spinner machine and he kindly gave her some coins from his pocket to use. This is lovely to see and the charity should be very proud of him! Definitely returning when I?m back in Brighton.

What I liked about Barnardos were the signs up telling me what a £5 or £10 purchase could do - that's also why I like Oxfam. Even if it's not where your actual £5 goes, it's nice to have a concrete idea of what you can help with. I think more charity shops should do this. Anyway, this Barnardo location has a good supply of books - so many that they've put a big crate of them outside to lure people in. Inside are also DVDs and CDs, the usual clothes and accessories - I noticed a nice rail of women's knitted cardigans by the door. (It's almost like they were trying to lure me, specifically, inside.) Accessories included many scarves and winter hats along with bright, colourful jewellery, and some greeting cards were only 69p. Barnardos also has an urgent stock appeal, so if you have anything to spare, now's a good time to donate.
