This shop is a total and utter disgrace in these difficult times. Apart from the attitude in the post office section, the attitude towards customers generally is that they couldn’t care less, no respect at all. Posted parcels off from what I sold and has nothing but issues parcels been damaged and items stolen from them Royal Mail parcels not scanned either caused me so much trouble
