Diana the West Hove Argos manager wouldn?t allow a refund for a faulty good bought two weeks ago, despite proof of purchase. I showed her the ?Argos Faulty good refund policy? which is online for anyone to read, and are said it was her store policy. She has also never heard of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ?
Went to the Kingston branch and it was a different story, refunded the faulty item with knowledge, professional and a smile.

Had a terrible experience with the local manager Rebecca, her name tag reads "Becca"Highly unhelpful, condescending, and rudeWe went to the Argos in Brighton and got a much much better experience

Such a shame the cafe has closed permanently and still no sign of the new hubs opening. It was always a popular place as there's nothing in the area we can walk to with young children.

I bought a £400 coffee maker. Got it home and opened it up. It was completely sealed so was shocked and angered to find the machine had been previously used. In fact it was scratched in such a way it was evident it had been used for weeks. There was residue in the tray and was dirty. There were hundreds of scuff marks from regular use.The item has been resealed and sold as new. It's blatant fraud and I will never shop at Argos again. I always felt they were a.cheap act but by god this is literally fraud.Will contact trading standards.

In these absolutely crazy times as regards Petrol/Diesel Sainsburys in West Hove service and organisational skills are second to none. Incredibly organised, extremely polite and helpful to everyone, if only all supermarkets were like this. The way in which they have manned the Petrol station in such an efficient way, also making it abundantly clear when they have ran out of Petrol, which unfortunately can't be said for alot of the other stations. Hopefully we will get back to some sort of normality soon. Well done Sainsburys @ West Hove Petrol station.
