This small branch could be so much more useful, and stock so much more food if it didn't waste half the floorspace on flowers and a bakery that seems to make around 15 loaves a day. A real shame.

After previously posting a poor review relating to the lack of customer service offered. This has improved in recent times and I now feel the branch is welcoming with a really good product range.

I don?t think this store understands the meaning of diversity. It does not represent the current Britain. Only employed white-skin staff and when the foreign customers like me entered the shop, I got stared at, as if I should not be shopping there. The staff will forget their manners and not say thank you to me once I paid for my shopping however they will be friendly, smiling, and helpful and say thank you to those white-skinned customers. Shall I say this as Passive racism?I would love to talk to the store manager, hoping I can guide him or her on how to run the store and staff that reflects Britain as a country of all colours that supports equality and diversity.

Have used this store since it opened usually with excellent customer service. However, yesterday afternoon was an exception. Why, for the first time, was I not allowed to use the lower of the two bagging areas without incurring the wrath of a very angry "partner"? Will try to avoid this shop in future.

Shop is very nice bit did not have all groceries I was looking for. Bit then it is not a very large shop so they cannot have everything on the shelves. Compromises have to be made. Extra parking behind the supermarket.

Wonderful experience collecting an order today. It was really busy and I had my dog in the car. The lovely lady behind the counter noticed I was worried about waiting so came out to the car so I could keep the air con running and gave me my order.Thank you!
