Open two hours a day ?How do they expect people who work can pick up parcels? Why not open in the evenings?

Only open 2 hours per day, from 8:00 to 10:00.

Almost unchanged in 50 years, since I used to go to Tavistock Hall (which has long disappeared and I wonder if any of the present residents have ever even heard it mentioned).Only difference I see, in my time there used to be two phone booths, which have also disappeared - as everywhere else, after the cellphones.
