Land Rovers have reputation for running costs but if everyone used Groombridge Sussex, that reputation would not exist. They know these cars inside and out, and are able to maintain them without costly diagnostics and unnecessary work being done. Highly recommend.

We recently had a dreadful experience with Harwoods Edenbridge. They had our Landrover Discovery for 10 weeks. Couldn?t fix it. Still charged us over £4K. We had the car delivered to Groombridge Sussex. They took less than 2 hours to find the problem and a further 2 hours to fix it: total cost a shade over £1k. Conclusion: if you want great customer service, expertise and professionalism then head straight to Groombridge Sussex Ltd.

They couldn't have been more helpful. I turned up in the morning without booking, explained the issue, they were inspecting my car within 2 mins, diagnosed it there and then, and fixed it within the day. I'm really grateful as holidaying in the area and wasn't sure I'd make it home. Thanks Gordon and the rest of the team!

Top notch service again. Needed a new door latch fitted urgently on my Freelander 2. Arrived unannounced at 7.30 am on Monday morning, explained the problem, was driving away by 10 am with everything sorted. And was given a loan car to get back home while the job was done. Always very helpful and obliging at Groombridge.
