Ordered this evening 27/01 @ 18.30. Said it would be 30 minutes.....turned up at 19:30. One pizza had been boxed completely wrong, phoned up got told they've found my pizza and it'll be sent out. I had to ask for a fresh ones considering the correct one was probably sitting for half hour 40 minutes. Fresh one delivered a little later. I could only eat 2 slices, the bbq sauce I think they split the container over the pizza, it was literally weeping though the box!!!!!!! Not only that, it was missing toppings, phoned up got told they run out of toppings yet wasn't told on the phone. So two wrong pizzas, one was nearly inedible. The only thing they'd do is send a box of cookies nothing else. Ordered two pizzas, I have two pizzas that are wrong, and all they do is send £5 cookies for a without the deal......£70 order.This is the second Time in 2024 Heathfield dominos has sent our order wrong. And I got told "staffing issues" How's this my problem!!!!!!!!!!!!
