Very rude staff. Table was dirty and my wife?s expensive jumper got stuck to the table. Asked for a wipe but ignored us. Asked another guy behind.
I am busy he said. Rude rude rude. Will never even think of revisiting. I am a chef/ owner of a gourmet restaurant in London & the proper training of the staff is not evident. Don?t recommend this place at all ?

As a delivery driver this place is a shambles. I work in the hospitality industry in a local restaurant. Give the guy my delivery number, he says 2 mins great ? 8 mins later I ask how long it's going to be, 5 mins. Ok what's going on. 15 mins later I ask again "the ticket hasn't printed so we don't have your order... Bro you gotta be serious how can I ask 3 members of staff and it not be there. Something's wrong if McDonald's is more efficient than you. Shocking

Nice place.. Let's talk about the veggie burger.. The cheese is not melted, the veggie patty doesn't taste good. Flavorless fries. The servers do not offer us alternatives. This is all disappointing ?
Also when receiving my veggie burger, I was able to find a dead mosquito stuck on the cheddar. The lack of seriousness and hygiene is very disappointing

When i went in the person that was the waiter was rude and seem to disliked serving us he was a young kiddie but seem not to like being there

Great service, staff friendly and tables were clean. We had a breakfast which was nicely presented and tasty but not very hot.

The food and drinks were really good! Really nice atmosphere, interior and music. The only thing that let it down were the bar staff, they were quite rude at times, swearing a lot and complaining about having to make drinks in front of customers. In all fairness it was a busy, sunny day with an event going on so I understand that they must?ve been stressed with all the orders however their customer service needs to be improved. One lady that was on the bar was really good, she was really nice, talkative and promoted the business well unfortunately didn?t get her name, but she was lovely!

Food was great and came quickly, had a long wait on drinks as only one staff member knew how to make cocktails. Pretty empty when we went so not much in the way of atmosphere.

The prices here are 50% more than the wetherspoons 2 mins walk away for example pint of coke £3.30 compared to £1.95 , rekordalig cider 2 for £9 compared to 2 for £5 in wetherspoons ,service was ok when you went to the bar served immediately the place was quieter than wetherspoons poss due to prices
