I've been challenged to locate a prescribed meds and ended up going off them. Not a good experience. After calling most of local pharmacies upto 20miles away from home Wellcare was recommended by another pharmacy. Abbey was soooo helpful and knowledgeable regarding sourcing medication and put me at ease. All staff were courteous and helpful. Specialist will email prescription to them. Bonus, had my Covid and flu jab!So much Thanks to you All.

This pharmacy used to be excellent but has really gone down hill now especially when you call up and they say your medication is still not there or arrived and the main pharmaced person said that we are wasting there time.Doctors say it has gone and is there and the pharmacy say it is not I find them very rude and unprofessional

I visited the pharmacy and was stunned by the manager (hav i believe) attitude and rudeness to his employees. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointed. You should be ashamed. Disgusting.
