Recently found that some stores have a cafe, and that it is a nice change from the usual coffee establishments, to go to. No complaints about the service or quality of food/drink on offer. Prices are much in line with other outlets . Loyalty cards are available and an added bonus if used regularly.

Awful service.
Whenever you go up to the counter the staff disappear into the kitchen or if there is staff present they can sometimes proceed to ignore you standing at the counter by couching down and pretending that cleaning the cupboard doors is an emergency that necessitates leaving customers waiting. Served a perpermint tea £2.60 with a teabag that was ripped and had all the peppermint leaves drop out. Thankfully, I asked for the bag to be separate, not in the pot, and I pointed it out to them.
Today, I was given a peppermint that tasted so stale of stagnant water or expired leaves that I had to say something. Again, no one there at the counter. Informed the waitress who was cleaning the tables, and she said she'd come over. She never did. When I returned to the counter, I found all three women sniggering, giggling, and gossiping about me. I confronted them and told them that it was evident they had purposely ignored me and now were sniggering about me, and they said they weren't bullies (almost shouting at me) when they obviously were. Very rude people. Will never return. They don't make you feel welcome, have appalling manners, and have no idea about customer service, plus the water doesn't taste clean. They take no accountability!

This place is just too small and should never have been built. In general Hastings has very little going for it shopping wise. The loss of the cricket ground must now seem like a serious mistake given how many shops are empty or just filled cheap rubbish.

Fantastic shopping centre and so wheelchair friendly! Security man took us out to personally show us where my Great Aunts favourite shop was as she was in a wheelchair with me and as for the staff in Bon Marche.... THEY'RE AMAZING! Bent over backwards to help Iris gather the items she needed.... So lovely! Great M&S although the toilets stank to high hell in there... Unisex.... Say no more. Primark, H&M and lots more and a huge car park and lift.
