Abbey helped us book our holiday in the Tui Hastings branch. She was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and despite store being busy focused on us without rushing anything. She even put the Tui App onto my husband's phone as we are not very good at tech! Highly recommend using this branch and Abbey!

After going into tui in July looking at a cruise for our 30th wedding anniversary. Sara was was very helpful patient and we finally booked the other day. Very happy and welldone to Sara and leigh. For all there help.

Sue at Tui Hastings has helped me book a trip to Maldives. She has gone above and beyond for me. She sorted flights, money, parking and insurance. Then she printed everything off for me. She has been amazing. Would recommend highly.

Just booked a trip to Japan though TUI Hastings branch, Sara was extremely helpful, and patient with the 100s of questions I had, managed to find me a direct flight for basically the same price as a connecting flight and an overall great holiday package that I'm looking forward too ^-^

We had a shortlist of hotels that we needed support with, to be able to make our decision and Sara at Hastings was patient and knowledgeable, therefore, an amazing help. Thanks to her we found our perfect holiday.
