Worst branch I ever seen
Not a helpful staff
Order & waste the time
I travel all over UK for work & buy from Toolstation branches
But this branch is utterly waste

Tonight I went to Tool station and can honestly say both gentlemen helped me, to buy the correct parts for my heating. They spent a good 15/20 minutes sorting it out for me, thank you both so much for your kindness and patience

Ordered some ladders online for click and collect. Went down to the store about 20 minutes later and they were ready to go. Seamless experience. There is free customer parking right outside too.

Was going to buy some driveway cleaner from Amazon but a review recommended Toolstation. Found we had one very local. The man who served us was very helpful. He made sure the item I was purchasing was suitable for my drive surface not the initial one I went in for. Very happy with service & will now look to use in future

People who serve are lovely! Distribution issues currently mean some stock depleted. A pay now collect later item I had lost the receipt for wasn't an issue: the young lady found the item, nonetheless. Great place, lovely people!
