I just had an unpleasant experience at this TK Maxx store today. I was shopping around 6:30 PM, and the staff started pushing customers out, saying the store was closing. However, the door clearly states that the closing time is 7:00 PM.
As a paying customer, I felt rushed and unwelcome, which was very disappointing. If the store operates on a different schedule, it should be clearly communicated to customers. I understand staff need time to wrap up, but this could have been handled more respectfully !!!!!! hope management addresses this issue to avoid future misunderstandings.

Large TK Maxx store occupying the ground floor of a large warehouse style building. Ceilings are high and stock is plentiful.
I visited on a Saturday morning and the store wasn't too busy, with no queue at the tills and good signage throughout, which made for a worry free shopping experience.
Parking is free and privately managed, with a three hour maximum stay for customers of businesses in the retail park.

Check out aisle was not very disabled friendly and very cramped with junk that are all for sale elsewhere in the shop
