Appalling customer service. Very young waitress, didn't catch her name, was very stroppy and rude to both me and the lady in front of me. It was a quiet Sunday, so she wasn't that busy. She rolled her eyes at my child's order, completely messed up the drinks and said I'd have to come back during the week if I wanted a refund, even though she'd overcharged me! Pity really as the food was nice, but we won't be going back there. She said that there was no manager to complain to - what a joke!

We love the coffee at cafe Nero but today was a bad experience. Staff who were totally inefficient chatting together and obviously unfamiliar with the system.short-staffed as evidenced by someone helping out who had come in off the street with family.

David was absolutely amazing, he took a great deal of time finding us the best deal available, he was helpful, knowledgeable and above all a very lovely & likeable man, we were only browsing but if it hadn't been for him we would have stuck with our current phone provider and carried on spending an extra £14 a month for the same kind of deal, the whole experience was exceptional and all the staff seem to really have a fantastic chemistry and enjoy their job. We love the new honor 90 phone and will definitely be back when my partner and kids contracts are due for renewal, Ps David has the patience of a saint when it comes to trying to get a PAC code from a rival company. Great job all round and I highly recommend this store.

Dreadful service. The staff (3 of them!) were huddled round the 'Frappe' machine trying to work our how to use it!! One of the 3 women didn't appear to be actually on duty as she was constantly on her phone & making herself a drink!! The queue was so long that it almost reached to the door. My husband was 4th in the queue & it took 15 minutes before our 2 cortados were made!! We only waited that length of time as we had a Gift Card to use. The girl who served my husband didn't understand how to use the Gift Card. The service in this particular Cafe Nero is never good, but today beat the usual indifference. Please train your staff before releasing them to the public!!

We found all the staff very friendly and ready to help. We were served by Frankie who was in training and David the manager . We were not rushed and had everything explained to us fully. We really felt listened too. We left with exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend ? Thank you so much

We arrive at 4 o?clock in the Cafe. The toilets were closed 2 hours before closing time. My pregnant friend ask them to use the toilet and they said that the toilets are not available because they cleaned already. When my friend ask what I should do, the waitress rudely replied ?Go to Costa?, when we spent the money at Café Nero not at Costa. We do actually are regular customers at Nero, but not anymore from today!

The worst serving with incompetent staff . For two frappe we were waiting 30 minutes . Just here can give us frappe without Caffe when asked to make another they told us the caffe is already in. Sorry I didn't make a picture to the white staf . The boys were brilliant now is a shame what Caffe Nero become ??

I will first off say I'd give this a negative 5* review if I could. Myself & my girlfriend have just left the shop after recieveing abismal service from the two ladies behind the counter. Myself, my girlfriend & approximatley 8-10 other customers were made wait without sevice for 15 minutes without warning, without a heads up whislt one member of staff was washing up & another was talking. These ladies were more focused on the cleanliness behind the counter than engaging with customers, printing off "apologies for inconvience" posters entailing the early close (2pm) of the store after talking amongst themselves into shutting early. Once we were finally served we revieved a shockingly fake & plastic apology that wasn't heartfelt at all. We will not be putting our money into this store again due to the pure laziness & disrespect of the staff & would much rather recieve the quality service that Costa opposite the store will happily give. Worst Cafe Nero we have visited & it will be our last.
