Have never been in a shop which provided a more useless experience and had such incompetent staff. I am no longer a 3 customer because of 2 experiences in this shop

My experience with your staff on the 16/06/2024 wasn't helpful at all .thought 02 was bad but you are on par with them .can't wait for our contract be finished with yourselves. Just a shame that David the manger moved back to Eastbourne shop he was really helpful

Bad experience, not recommended. My piece of advice is that don't get any phone from them even if it's for free . I got mine for £1500 with warranty then after 2 months It wasn't charging for no reason. I went to the store twice and they tried to do it hard for me . Really not recommended not recommended
