“Pretty big store. Large selection of food and goods. Favorable prices. Friendly staff. Cleanliness in the store.However, there is some chaos in the store, it is difficult to find the necessary goods, everything is mixed up.”

“Parking is a little tight at times but generally ok. They could do with leaving the self service tills open for longer as they often are shut in the evenings and that can be a pain as you'll often be waiting in a queue for quite some time with only a few items.The products are generally very consistent which is a plus, the staff are helpful, but the fresh veg can sometimes be a bit less than fresh so worth checking.”

“Its definitely the best local shop in Ore village the staff are friendly unlike the other large chain store in the village.. they are reasonably priced and I don't find they run out of the things I need to buy. The wine is very tasty for the pricing . I like their fair trade wines”

“Popped in today to pick up the papers and the bloke behind the counter was very welcoming (Hari I believe) and as I enquired about the opening times he showed me to the front door where their times are displayed and encouraged me to take a picture for future reference, thanks Hari, much appreciated ?”

“Great store for travellers or commuters using the railway station. Wide selection of meal deal options including a Costa Coffee machine and premium sandwiches, as well as a decent selection of everyday essentials. Sadly, a lot of own-brand tinned products have been replaced with more expensive branded ones over the last year.Bakery quality is always phenomenal, but on days when the college kids are in, they sell out of items very quickly.Staff are very friendly and helpful, plus quick to open another till if the queue backs up unlike some other stores.”

“Good sized Tesco Express store in what use to be a pub. Small meal deal section but good enough. Pasta sporks are in the fridge unlike some Tesco's now where they keep them behind the counter. Couple of self service machines which is always handy.”

“I love Sainsbury's it is quite expensive but it's the best place locally to get decent meat and veg. Struggle to find organic chicken in any surrounding supermarket nowadays. I enjoy Sainsbury's not only as a shop but as a community and an ideology. Also if you're there when they are about to close sometimes you get a little poem announcing their imminent closure, often I'll go there just for this.”

“Enough variety for a little tesco. Very convenient and close to Conquest hospital. Great opening hours. daily until 11 pm. Polite staff. The prices are slightly on the high side which is consistent with it being a Tesco Express.”

“One of the best and most convenient 'convenience stores' in town. I love their coffee machine too. Much better than Costa. Giving it 4-stars, rather than 5, as the prices aren't always the best. The coffee is a good price though. :)”
