“Its definitely the best local shop in Ore village the staff are friendly unlike the other large chain store in the village.. they are reasonably priced and I don't find they run out of the things I need to buy. The wine is very tasty for the pricing . I like their fair trade wines”

“Today I met a gentleman who I know in Priory Meadow, who was clearly feeling unwell. He wanted to shop in M&S but was unable to walk any further. I enquired in M&S if they have a wheelchair. The service provided by their staff was excellent. Not only did they get this gentleman everything he needed in the clothing department, they very kindly took him in the wheelchair to the taxi rank to get him back home. Thank you M&S for making a stressful time for one of your loyal customers the chance to buy what he needed due to the care you gave him.”

“Popped in today to pick up the papers and the bloke behind the counter was very welcoming (Hari I believe) and as I enquired about the opening times he showed me to the front door where their times are displayed and encouraged me to take a picture for future reference, thanks Hari, much appreciated ?”

“Large Sainsburys Branch with good eat-in food facilities. Plenty of Parking available. Argos and Specsavers on site. Cash point very useful near entrance to Shop. Pick up point & food collection area. Toilets including disabled clean. Used battery collection and food donation points for People and Dogs. Friendly Staff Service.”

“Yesterday, I lost my credit card wallet. I had no idea where I had left it and the following day I listed all the places I had visited. I started with Morrisons petrol station. A delightful man behind the counter produced it, and wouldn't let me have it back until I 'passed' security. What a super chap! Very pleasant and mindful of his job. I was so relieved. Thank you Morrisons. I wish I had taken his name. He worked in the petrol station at 3pm and deserves a treat for excellent customer service! Thank you so much!!!!

“Good sized Tesco Express store in what use to be a pub. Small meal deal section but good enough. Pasta sporks are in the fridge unlike some Tesco's now where they keep them behind the counter. Couple of self service machines which is always handy.”

“It is neat and tidy store located near a Post Office and a pub with ATM machines nearby too. It stocks a good range of very reasonably priced food and drink, although given the size of the shop the range is fairly limited. Very handy for a quick top-up shop.”

“As I don't have full sight I don't normally shop in this particular store as its pretty busy and quite often there is only one poor member of staff serving a very long queue. Although it's well stocked for a small store it's gluten free however is decidedly lacking. Today I was fortunate it wasn't so busy, I can be a little slow and customers can sometimes be very rude and impatient. was helped by The lovely lady manning the till very kindly packed my bag for me, and as we were chatting about the gluten free realised I had picked up an item not suitable for my diet. I was very impressed by her powers of observation, you don't often get that kind of service these days. She suggested a similar product from their freezer line, and although it wasn't in stock it's nice to know it's usually available. Good knowledge, great service”
