Rude lady at the till. I took my service dog in she had her service colar on she said don't bring that in again!! I've stopped shopping there.

The staff in Hastings store beauty department are excellent. Knowledgeable about their stock and extremely helpful I have found their advice invaluable. I am an older woman and they have never been anything but professional when listening and suggesting products to suit my skin. Thanks.

I was struggling to find what i was looking for, and after approaching a member of staff that was restocking the shelves, she instantly stopped what she was doing and came to help me look.After finding out this item had been discontinued, she helped me find something similar. I was so happy when i left the shop.
