I asked the stuff if it is possible to get breakfast and they said yes and I ordered half bread and they put one egg and one slice of cheese and I add one small drink then there was a English lady she charged me 7£something and I always order the hole bread and extra eggs same price than I told her why same price with the hole bread she said coz I ask for salad .this is not fair pay that much for one egg and one slice of cheese.this is shame of subway to believe unknowlage person to till.

This place has amazing food , one if my favourite restaurants but the place should have maybe sofa chairs instead of the hard seats as it?s sometimes uncomfortable, and i always feel like its a bit closed in . Other then that its great

I ordered a tuna subway with salad as I really wanted the salad and so.ething healthy to eat. None of the salad items or the mayo I ordered was added. What a waste of money!! I'm so disappointed !!

Wanted a cup of ice with my meal, because the drink's in the Fridge weren't cold at all. They said I could have it, if I paid £1.69 for it. Absolutely pathetic customer service, considering the Subway I go to in Bexhill let's customers have it for free!

I visited with my granddaughter, as with many people eating out is a treat. We decided to go into subway as on display in the window was a large poster advertising a meal deal costing £3.99. That meal deal was a 6inch sandwich, drink and cookie. So in total £7.98.
My granddaughter ordered our sandwich stating meal deal...the sandwich maker, advised her to address this when paying that it was a meal deal.
Upon paying the total bill was 13.98. I questioned this as an increase of £5 is alot, and was told the meal deal was for the fillings outlined on the board...the board which has a 100 different choices.
The meal deal offer was in a tiny box which was clearly not visible enough unlike the large poster at the front, which didn't state only with certain fillings.
We had ordered the meal and we were on a time schedule therefore we ate our order.
This is my only issue, the deals that subway at times offer are not clear, the person who was making the sandwiches should know what fillings are for the meal deal and told us at the beginning.

Clean, tidy, friendly staff, good atmosphere. Not many seats so at busy times isn't possible to eat in so bear this in mind, may have to take away.Parking: Multi storey car park at shopping centreWheelchair accessibility: Accessible by wheelchair but not loads of room in the restaurant
