Sports Direct in Hastings is an average shopping experience. The store has a decent selection of sports gear and apparel, but it can be quite cluttered, making it a bit difficult to find what you?re looking for. Customer service is hit-or-miss ? some staff are helpful, while others seem disinterested. Prices are generally competitive, but the store could use better organization and a more inviting atmosphere. It?s fine for basic sports needs, but don?t expect anything exceptional.

Accused me off stealing a premier league football they saw me bring it in the shop then when i was leaving they threatened to call security for no reason and i said the ball was dirty and they didn?t believe me they kept being rude to me poor staff he is a tall boy brown hair and a beard he kept looking at me when i was looking at clothes and when i was leaving. Good shop terrible staff members hope he gets punished! and they shouldn?t be surving a ball this dirty

Says you shut at 6 and one of your staff told me I had 5 minutes to get out as soon as I came in after work at 5.40. Had £100 to spend but felt rushed so settled with a pair of gloves ? come on guys I know it?s January 3rd but no need to be like that, are you even meant to shut that early? At least update your opening times if you are so I don?t feel so bloody unwelcome ?

Went in,searching for a pair of ladies trainers, once I'd found a pair I liked,tried to find a staff member to find my size,upstairs had absolutely no staff to be seen,went downstairs to be told if they had my size they'd be over there..gave up..walked out..won't be going back

Bought a swimsuit upstairs, paid for upstairs. Had the hygiene strip in. Took it back and was told downstairs that their new policy is no refunds on swimwear for hygiene reasons (despite hygiene strips). Pointed at a downstairs policy sign that they do not have a copy of upstairs. Gave me a credit note on the flimsiest piece of paper.
Store is an absolute mess too, rubbish and filth all the way up the stairs. Sad that it was once a busy and exciting Woolworths!

Guy upstairs in the Hastings store was brilliant and very helpful. It made buying football boots a pleasure, and he showed my son the choices that were available in store.

As a German tourist, I go to this store every time.
The prices are great and the staff is really helpful and nice.
You can park right on the beach opposite and it's well worth a visit if you're in Hastings.
